Organizational assessment

Where are you now? Where would you like to be? Jim gathers data and develops customized surveys. He has tools to help an organization conduct a gap analysis, take the pulse of employee morale and determine organizational needs. He uses appreciative interviewing — either in one-on-one sessions, in pairs or in small groups — that get organizational members dreaming about possibilities, telling stories and identifying themes, goals and aspirations. From there he works with members to craft questions to take into the World Cafe summit, a forum that engages the entire organization. People feel like they have a voice when more than just a handful of senior leaders have input into the change process.
